Return Process

  Log into your DaVinci account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Device

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
